An interactive packaging system that brings Fressko’s functional teas to life through 'scanimations'
Made by Fressko are an eco-sustainable drinkware brand. The team at Fressko approached us to help extend their producation range and release their first range of teas. To begin, they wanted to start with three lifestyle teas and three flavour based teas. The lifestyle teas are designed and blended by a naturopath proven to deliver therapeutic benefits. The flavour range provide a premium taste and a luxurious drinking experience.
The packaging celebrates the physical nature and tangibility of the product ranges. Playing on their point of difference ‘functional teas’ and breaking away from expected visual cues, we created an interactive package evoking the benefit of each tea using 'scanimations'. All the typographic elements were pared back
to hero the scanimations and the physicality of the packaging. The chosen stock was Extract – A recycled stock created from disposable coffee cups, selected to affirm the brands' commitment to eco-sustainability. We also went as far as utilising the available colours in the paper range to minimise ink usage.
