Exhibit:A is a hypothetical gallery comprising of an in-house team of architects and interior designers. Working in collaboration with exhibiting artists, Exhibit:A drastically transforms its exhibition spaces to create an experience reflective of the artist's works.
The logotype for Exhibit:A was chosen with the parameters of spacial design in mind. The letters resemble a collection of pathways, crossroads and dead ends, all of which relate to navigating a space. The ends of each letterform are left open, inviting unique interpretations of the housed body of work.
A series of arrows have been derived from the logotype to form the visual language. These arrows can be isolated to form a wayfinding system for the exhibition space. When assembled they form a pattern of conflicting directions, relating to the sometimes conflicting interpretations of art.
